Hasung VC series vacuum pressure casting machines reach from small to large capacities, from semi-automatic systems to solutions for a fully automatic casting production. A lot of special features enable you to optimize each casting according to its individual characteristics. Generally, for gold silver jewellery casting purpose, the smallest capacity is from 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 4kg up to 8kg, to maximum capacity such as 20kg or 30kg.
Automatic vacuum and overpressure in the upper melting chamber and down flask chamber
When switch on “Cast”, Vacuum and inert gas in the melting chamber provides the degassing of the alloy and avoids undesired oxidation during melting. Vacuum in the down flask chamber during casting improves the form filling when casting filigree parts and avoids air inclusions. Before metal pouring, vacuum and inert flowing into down flask chamber for cleaning which guarantees smooth casting metals.
